The Reality Of Being A Mother

Who is a mother?

A mother is someone to shelter and guide us,
To love us, whatever we do,
With a warm understanding and infinite patience,
And wonderful gentleness, too.

How often a mother means swift reassurance
In soothing our small, childish fears,
How tenderly mothers watch over their children
And treasure them all through the years.

The hearth of a mother is full of forgiveness
For any mistake, big or small,
And generous always in helping her family
Whose needs she has placed above all.              Written by Katherine Davis of scrapbook.com

👸Being a mother is the greatest joy of motherhood. As woman we are highly dignified. There is no bond stronger than that of a mother and her child. A woman becomes a mother after embarking on a 9months journey, its one thing to bear a child is another thing to be able to know how to care, love, nourish and be a life support to your child, its not a thing learnt in one day but a life long learning process. First as an embryo she loves the idea she is bringing in a new one into this world, she struggles with the new feelings, being cautious in everything she does and eats to make sure no harm comes to the child. 👶 Before the child is born she already knows a lot about her child like the type of food he/she would like. I remember when my sister was pregnant for her daughter, she always craved for sweets and she wasn’t a fan of sweets normally. My nice Kendra loves sweets like nothing else she would prefer to take a juice box first before thinking of eating her meal. So you see the intimacy starts before birth and after birth with  breast feeding and nursing. The child longs and lust over his/her moms blossom, the company and trust.👶

💑  A mothers love for her child no one can decipher. A mother can make the greatest sacrifice just to see to it that her child is well and pleased. With the pain of delivery women face is enough for one to hate being a mother but no that makes the love stronger.

A mother teaches her child how to be a better person, molds her child in good discipline and morals, sees to it that her child wpuld grow up to be a better person. When i was younger i was really clumsy and disorganized but now am nor cause of the sound training and disciplines i received made me organized and less clumsy. My mom always advices me to do right thing at the right time and that has helped a lot to structure my life, she has told me stories about situations that could arise if i do the wrong thing. The fact that she as a mother bore you for nine months and delivered you in pain,is a good enough reason for you to be proud of your mom, to make her proud of you, to prove to her she didn’t make the wrong choice having you, to prove to her her pain and suffering wasn’t wasted. One of the reasons why I struggle hard to succeed in this life is to make my parents proud. The smile on their face when I come back triumphant makes me glad so glad I fill am fulfilled. Cherish your mother, respect your mother, show her love love not only today but always and make her feel special always.

💃I am not a mother but I have a mother and am proud of her and who she is.  She gave birth to this beautiful and multi talented girl I am today, thank you mom and all the moms out there for being the mom you are. Show your kids love, listen to them, treat your child well, know who they are growing up to become, know their dreams, help them achieve it,dont get distant from them as they get older that’s when they need you more and also respect their decision and support them always.. Be the best you can be

With Love💖
