I didnt know working out with friends was so much fun until I tried it last Saturday. I did more workouts than I would do on a regular day. I cant believe I ran 3 laps round a football field without stopping and was eager to go the fourth. On a normal day I’d barely go round once without stopping. I encourage you to try it out. Gather a few friends, select fun workouts, make it a challenge and bring out your competitive side. Trust me your body will thank you.
