Burn 1000 Calories Now

Are you ready folks to get your body moving and drop calories along the way. Here is a quick Cardio routine you can use to start up your day and it will take you less than 30mins to complete don’t worry guys you don’t need a gym or equipment for this.. You can do this in the comfort of your home and mirror (I like to watch myself while I excersise)… What are you waiting for, this is a wake up call.. So get up and start sweating or working or excersising. Lol whichever one you’d prefer..

Easy Breezy Workout

Jumping jacks- 100

Squats-25

 Skip Hops- 50

High Knees-100

Crunches – 30

Push  ups  – This is optional for the ladies, but you can include.. A little weight lifting won’t harm.. If you good to go drop 10,20,30,50 even 100 depends on how much your strength can carry you

PS: Dont take breaks between workout. Follow each of them till the very last before you take a break..You can do it in 2 sets like I usually do whichever that works for you best👍…

  2. Hmmm you mixed few cardio exercises with high intensity ones. Why not less of the cardios and more of high intensity. Weight loss is better achieved with that, even at shorter time frame

I get what you mean..That would be great but the cardio workouts are like warm ups and they are between the high intensity ones…With high intensity you burn up a lot of energy and can get tired quickly..So the cardio is like an in between rest to let one catch a little breathe before the next high intensity workout…To maximize Weight loss one can add more sets to the workouts

      1. But the cardio is just as engaging and requires energy just as much as the intensity ones and you still get just as tired. Infact, even more vigorous if you ask me.
        But sure, maybe a mix is better than abstaining from either.
